Dianna Muller received a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Psychology from the University of Central Missouri in 1992. She retired from the Tulsa Police Department after 22 years of service in 2014 where her assignments included Patrol, Street Crimes, Narcotics, and Gangs.
Growing up, Dianna's family hobbies were horse shows and barrel racing. In high school, her father introduced her to USPSA pistol competition. Throughout her career as a Tulsa Police Officer, she continued to pursue barrel racing until she found 3-Gun competition.
Dianna's appetite for competitive shooting was revived in 2009 when she sold her horses and farm to focus on the hobby she turned into a second career. “I was intrigued with 3-Gun since, as a police officer, I relied on all three platforms at work. The game hooked me, but what I really fell in love with was the people!”
She is a two-time USPSA Ladies Open National Champion, and the 2015
NRA World Ladies Champion. She's also a two-time IPSC World Shotgun silver medalist and took gold on the ladies' team in 2015 and 2018. In addition, she's competed for the United States in two Pan-American Shotgun matches. Dianna has a passion for promoting the shooting sports, responsible gun ownership, and the Second Amendment.
She is the founder of Women for Gun Rights, which is a non-partisan, educational effort that brings women from every state to Washington, D.C. every year to meet with legislators on behalf of the 2nd Amendment and gun owners. Together with her husband Ryan, the Muller's founded the Ambassador Academy; a five-day training course designed to foster more effective ambassadors in the 2A community. http://www.womenforgunrights.org/

My journey to WOFT is an interesting one… After meeting Philip at an event in March of 2022 and talking for over an hour I was invited to WOFT in April 2022 for 1 day of observation. During this observation, Philip decided to throw me into a low light scenario as a role player. After showing my skills as a scenario role player Philip continually invited me back to WOFT not only to role play/instruct in our various scenario stations but to instruct firearms as well. One of my greatest joys is educating others and continually learning and perfecting my craft. Always a student.
I have a love and passion for shooting, and in 2022 I started to shoot competitively. I train live fire every week and dry fire every day. USPSA Master in 2024. It’s a lifestyle…
Kenneth Murray is the Founder and Director of Training for the Reality Based Training Association (www.rbta.net) located in the greater Orlando area of Florida. Born in Winnipeg, Canada, he has spent the past four decades as a police and military trainer, specializing in the field of Reality Based Training. He co-founded SIMUNITION® as an offshoot of the Armiger Corporation in Ottawa, Canada.
He has authored numerous articles and books, including Training at the Speed of Life® – the Definitive Textbook for Police and Military Reality Based Training, and the Springer Series book Use of Force Training in Law Enforcement – A Reality Based Approach in conjunction with Professor Maria (Maki) Haberfeld from the Criminal Justice Studies Program at John Jay College in New York.
As the concept of force-on-force training started to gain popularity, he began to study the complexities associated with realistic training. In the wake of the increasing number of serious injuries and deaths that were beginning to occur during tactical simulations, he authored and taught the first instructor schools in North America on how to conduct safe and effective tactical simulations. Since that time, his training principles have been adopted by thousands of agencies, nationally and internationally.
He continues to lecture on both a national and international level on the topics Officer Safety and Survival, the Psychology of Lethal Force Encounters, and is regarded as the leading authority on Reality Based Training. He continues to personally conduct instructor certification schools on various areas falling under the broader topic of Reality Based Training
At WOFT we like to capture your event day so that you may share your experience with friends and family. Kevin Starkey is an independent documentary filmmaker, content creator, and photographer. He has been a part of the WOFT team for over 10 years and captures highlight moments at WOFT training events. Kevin's portfolio includes working with hospitals, schools, restaurants, and other small businesses. His passion for filmmaking started as early as junior high school where in theater class he preferred being behind a camera recording the play instead of being on stage. A childhood dream led him to the RC Airplane hobby at the age of 16, attempting to put a camera in the sky. The RC hobby was rediscovered as an adult when he started building drones during the early stages of the technology, achieving the childhood vision he had of a bird's eye view with a camera in the sky. Working on commercials and documentaries has allowed him to travel the world doing what he loves.
Kimberly was raised around firearms most of her life and is a strong believer in everyone learning gun safety and being your own first responder. Prior to joining the WOFT family, Kimberly spent several years promoting gun safety as an Event Manager in the firearms trade show industry. Kimberly is a vital member of our operations team here at WOFT, managing all day-to-day activities on property. Kimberly ensures that all students receive the first-class experience that they have come to expect, as well as, making sure our world class instructors have everything they need to provide the best possible learning experience.
