What This Means:

WOFT has been awarded a State Teacher Appropriation Grant to provide no-cost safety training for Florida school staff—beginning with schools located in Lake, Orange, Polk, and Osceola counties.

This is a pilot program, and while we recognize there are thousands of schools across the state, this initial rollout is limited to select counties. Our goal is to set a new standard in school safety, starting locally and building momentum for broader impact in the future.

This exclusive program gives educators and faculty members access to WOFT’s nationally recognized, scenario-based training—designed to prepare individuals for real-world threats both on and off campus.

🧠What Educators will Learn:

• Situational awareness on and off campus
• De-escalation and personal safety techniques
• Response protocols for intruders or active threats
• Training in realistic environments (classroom, hallway, parking lot simulations)
• Team coordination and student protection strategies
• Introduction to school-specific EDC (Everyday Carry) considerations

• On-site at our World-Class training facility in Central Florida
• Mobile training sessions at your school
• Weekend or weekday training formats
