Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of woft.com and your booking of and participation in training offered by WOFT — Where Our Families Train (“WOFT,” “we,” “us”). By using this site or booking a program, you agree to them. If you are booking on behalf of an organization or school, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.

These booking terms apply prospectively to new bookings. Existing bookings keep the terms already accepted for that booking. Use Book Training to view our Shopify training catalog for current dates and pricing. Corporate, school, and group programs are custom-quoted. Session details and preparation information follow booking confirmation.

Class 6+ months out? Email info@woft.com to pay a 25% deposit.

For class dates less than six months away, payment is due in full. Any remaining balance is due 30 days before class. For bookings within 30 days, contact WOFT before booking.

Scheduled classes have no minimum. Private dates are built for groups of six or more. Smaller group? Tell us what you want to learn and we'll build a custom package. Every session runs with more instructors than students, the best equipment, and professional photo and video, so your time is valuable. That's why we exist.

The confirmed participant count remains payable even if fewer people attend. If WOFT approves a reduction, the latest WOFT-approved count governs. We plan instructors and resources around your confirmed group count.

Wear comfortable athletic clothes, tennis shoes, and pants with belt loops and a belt. We're fully all-inclusive, from eye and ear protection to every piece of training equipment. Have your own gear? Bring it. Most people use ours on their first visit because it's simpler, especially if you're traveling.

Breakfast and lunch available on request at no extra cost.

WOFT programs are physical, scenario-based training that may involve firearms instruction, non-lethal tools, force-on-force scenarios, and physical exertion. Participation carries inherent risk. Before training, every participant must complete WOFT's participation agreement, liability waiver, and safety briefing, and must follow instructor and range-safety commands at all times. WOFT may remove any participant whose conduct is unsafe, without refund.

Please complete the electronic waiver before your visit so your training starts on time. If you forget, we'll have one on-site, but it must be the first thing you do when you arrive. Sign Waiver Electronically. Only the original completed waiver submitted through this hosted signing form is accepted online. Paper copies are accepted only when provided on property. Altered copies are not accepted.

Participants must meet the legal requirements that apply to their program (for example, age and eligibility requirements for firearms handling and Florida CCW coursework). Nothing on this site is legal advice; you are responsible for knowing the laws that apply to you.

The online Training Simulator is an educational tool. It does not replace live instruction, does not certify any capability, and should never be treated as a substitute for professional training or for your own judgment in a real emergency.

The content on this site — text, curriculum descriptions, photography, video, and the WOFT name and marks — belongs to WOFT or its licensors and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false inquiries. Links to third-party sites and services (including Shopify, GivePayments, YouTube, and wrap.com) are provided for convenience; their terms and policies govern your use of them, and WOFT isn't responsible for their content.

The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, WOFT's aggregate liability arising out of your use of this website is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Liability relating to in-person training is governed by the signed participation agreement and waiver, not by this section.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. Questions about these terms: info@woft.com.
